As well as designing new-build projects, we work on conversion and refurbishment, often involving listed buildings. Across a range of industry sectors, we are experienced in assessing stock for both current and potential levels of environmental performance. We guide clients through codes and rating systems which can add long-term value to their project, including those such as BREEAM which are increasingly important to planning authorities. Drawing on our multi-disciplinary resources, our technical expertise includes sophisticated option modelling and cost-benefit analysis, particularly with regard to carbon emissions and the harnessing of renewable energies.
