A focus on mental health and wellbeing at LEDA
Today we took part in a virtual workplace Yoga session with the wonderful Helena. She guided us through a chair-based yoga and meditation session for 30 minutes.
Many of us here at LEDA practice yoga in our spare time, but some of us are beginners. This was a great class which didn’t require a mat, so it was accessible to all of us.
Supporting our members health and wellbeing is important to us all at LEDA, particularly during this difficult year where we have been so isolated from each other. It was great to have a brief pause during a busy working day, to focus on breathing and stretching, which made for a more productive afternoon!
