Our Practice Manager Louise joined LEDA in April 2019. Prior to this Louise taught Geography in a secondary school for 8 years, inspiring young people to learn about the physical world around them and helping pupils to understand the environment and how they can shape the places where they live.

Her role at LEDA is a mix of Office Management, Finance, Business Support and Human Resources.

Louise has a real interest in protecting the environment we live in and promoting these values. She is also a strong advocate for worker co-operatives,  and has recently completed a CIPD accredited project on People processes and procedures in a worker’s co-op.
