Roundhay Passive House was built to replace an existing dwelling in the North Leeds suburb of Roundhay. It was built by local builders K&P Horton with design input from Buckrose Ecological Architects and Leeds Environmental Design Associates, working with Passive House Certifiers WARM:Low Energy Building Practice.
