Roundhay Passive House was built to replace an existing dwelling in the North Leeds suburb of Roundhay. It was built by local builders K&P Horton with design input from Buckrose Ecological Architects and Leeds Environmental Design Associates and working with Passive House Certifiers WARM:Low Energy Building Practice. Windows, doors and ventilation systems were from Green Building Store. The house has been occupied since April 2018 and we’re looking forward to sharing our experience of living in a Passive House.
