During construction, we administer the building contract and collaborate with the contractor to ensure the correct interpretation of designs and technical information. We ensure the building functions as intended, particularly focusing on heating and ventilation systems.
After completion, we offer support in optimising the building’s comfort and operation, following the “soft landings” approach to ensure a smooth transition.
